If you have fine or fragile hair, not all extensions are created equal. Based on what I™ve seen (and helped others with), here are a few tips:

 Halo extensions “ best for occasional wear and zero damage. Perfect if you want volume without commitment.

 Tape-ins “ great for a more seamless, natural look. Lightweight and flatter the head, but make sure they're applied professionally.

 Clip-ins “ easy to use but can pull on the scalp if worn too often or not placed right.

 Keratin bonds “ longest-lasting, but not ideal for very fine hair due to the weight and heat during application.

 Always go for 100% human hair if you want a natural blend and the ability to style it like your own.

 And don™t forget ” your height matters when choosing length! (For example, 22 looks quite long on someone who™s 5™3).
